I find problems and I fix them. And I don't let go until it's done.

How I got here
I’ve been writing code and building infrastructure since before cloud was a verb. 20+ years across the full stack – from debugging production at 2am to presenting strategy to boards & CEOs.
In 2011 I got fired. Best thing that happened to me – although this way of thinking didn’t hit me immediately. Went freelance, co-founded Effihub (SaaS), together with other co-founders we grew it to 100+ paying customers, sold it in 2025.
Along the way I discovered that every tech disaster I’d ever seen had the same two root causes: missing knowledge/skills/experience and people who couldn’t talk to each other. Got DISC D3 certified. Now I fix that too.
Copenhagen-based, Polish-born. Climbed Kilimanjaro. Cook like I mean it. Collect signed vinyls and espresso cups. 4 languages in daily rotation. Authentic to the bone – but luckily that doesn’t mean you have to be ashamed while I’m around.
Skills are the engine. Ownership is the fuel.
What I work with
Generalist by design and expert in many areas. I connect dots across domains and when required I am able to learn new things very quickly. That ``passion for learning`` can be sometimes annoying for me personally.
Development
PHP, JS/Vue/Node, Python etc. MVC frameworks, SQLs - everything around delivery of web applications and infrastructure + low-level hardware. Impossible upgrades (strangler pattern), legacy software maintenance + upgrades.
Infrastructure
Linux, Cloud (DO, AWS, OVH etc.), Cloudflare/Imperva, Databases, Web, Proxy, High-availability, Failover management, bare metal, Serverless, Horizontal/Vertical scaling
DevOps
SaltStack, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, security hardening, zero-downtime deployment, backup, recovery, compliance
DISC D3
Stakeholder Tech/Business Translation, asking better questions and being able to communicate with every person in a company
Yes, I use AI
AI accelerates my research and documentation. I use it for analysis, pattern matching and first drafts. Also to accelerate coding. Every recommendation, finding and decision - my judgment, my accountability. On my terms because that's the only way I can keep a good balance between quality and price.
