Any questions?
Which sectors do you work with?
B2B professional services, e-commerce, SaaS, construction, the travel industry, manufacturing, industry (water wells, filter systems, lifts), wholesale. The patterns are the same. If you have the technology, staff and processes – then I can help.
Is the 30-minute consultation free?
Yes, it’s 100 per cent free. When running a business, chemistry, good communication and a shared set of values are important. What’s more, the technological landscape is so vast that it’s like going to the doctor – you wouldn’t ask a neurosurgeon to fix your teeth, would you?
What does the 2-hour consultation involve?
A two-hour live session, during which I analyse the situation of your technology company using the efe-3 framework (Fragile/Functional/Forward). Plus one hour of research and report preparation. You’ll receive a PDF, a video walkthrough and an optional IT handbook.
Most importantly: every session is tailored to your individual needs (you’ll receive an agenda). The content is always 100 per cent tailored to your needs and your current situation. This is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ product.
efe-3 is a Spanish play on words – ‘F’ is pronounced ‘efe’ in Spanish.
Why can I only purchase the diagnostic day once?
Because the product’s price is extremely attractive in relation to its value. The price is a starting point. After that – either prepayment or a fixed fee.
Why should I hire you if you ‘don’t do the work’?
I carry out the work for clients on a fixed-fee basis. Most people need clarity first – then they either continue with me or take the plan to their team.
What is the "IT Handbook"?
It’s exactly the same as what you’ll receive – though packed with technical jargon, technical suggestions and potential advice that requires extensive technical knowledge (and only makes sense to techies).
Can you come out to see you?
Yes. Based in Copenhagen – of course. I work all over Europe – and my four languages give me plenty of flexibility. Within Greater Copenhagen, I cover my own travel costs – outside the area, you pay the travel expenses (including accommodation, if necessary).
What if you don’t find anything?
I’ll let you know. But there are usually obvious opportunities and potential that go beyond the original enquiry.
Do you provide timesheets/itemised invoices?
Always. Date, task and time spent. I also categorise the tasks for you, which is very handy, especially in Denmark, or if you have specific accounting requirements.
Why is your company called Bazinga Platano?
Because I needed a legal structure to pay tax, and I wanted the most ridiculous name I could get away with. It’s also a sign that you’re about to meet the most organised rebel of your life. I can assure you, however, that the advice is dead serious.
